Refund policy

At QuickPick, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with an easy return and refund process.
1. Return Policy
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Items without original packaging
Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Customized or personal-use items
3. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or video proof for quick resolution.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via:
Bank Transfer
Easypaisa / JazzCash
Original payment method (if applicable)
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for defective or wrong items.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
6. Return Shipping
If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover shipping charges.
Otherwise, the customer will bear return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
